Intercard has hired Kelly Blanchard as its director of customer service. Mr. Blanchard has more than 15 years of experience in implementing and supporting IT systems for prestigious global companies including St. Louis-based Perficient and Progressive Business Solutions.
As Intercard continues to expand its global business in debit card technology, Blanchard will oversee all installation and customer service, ensuring that customers get the most out of their Intercard systems. “We are delivering a product that is a staple to the customer’s livelihood,” says Blanchard, “and we make sure that they have everything they need including great technical support 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.”

Blanchard has a degree in computer science and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Outside of work Blanchard is a team leader of a different sort, playing sand and indoor volleyball in several local leagues.
