INTERCARD’S LATEST INSTALLS: Oregon and Texas

Intercard recently completed the following installations for its customers:

Sky High Sports of Tigard, Oregon (www.por.skyhighsports.com)

Entrepreneur and owner Elizabeth Kramer bought her trampoline park in 2015 and this year significantly upgraded the arcade. Sky High Sports’ arcade has more than 40 games and they are using Intercard’s iReader II Eclipse readers, an iTeller II kiosk and a Redemption POS system. Specialty Coin Products installed the arcade games and Ryan Muller of Intercard installed the system and all required networking equipment in March 2017.

Kramer is especially happy about Intercard’s reporting system and the features that allow her to analyze revenue by game and monitor employee fraud. “Amber Collier of Intercard jumped right on it and helped me figure out how to fix a fraud issue,” she says. “It’s nice to be able to share with a new customer the tools they can use to increase profits,” says Amber Collier of Intercard’s North America sales group.

Inspecting the new arcade at Sky High Sports Tigard are Elizabeth Kramer, owner; Intercard sales rep Amber Collier and Mike McWilliam of Betson-Specialty Coin.

Schulman’s Movie Bowl Grille in Bay City, Texas  baycity.moviebowlgrille.com/

The new Schulman’s Movie Bowl Grille opened in May 2017 and is the veteran movie chain’s second iteration of its innovative FEC concept. MBG is a hybrid family entertainment center with 8 movie screens, 12 lanes of bowling, an arcade with 42 games, a redemption center and a full-service restaurant.

Jonathan Wilson of Intercard handled the installation, which includes 60 iReader Eclipse readers, iTeller automated tellers and a redemption station that interfaces with the FEC’s Ready Theatre Systems POS system. Customers can use the same debit card for games, redemption, movie tickets and concessions.

“Intercard had the features we wanted for our arcade and redemption room. Their system integrated seamlessly with our facility and other systems” says owner Mark Schulman. “The iTellers are EMV-certified and also work with mobile payments platforms from Apple, Android and Samsung, ” says Jason Mitchell of Intercard’s North America sales group.
