Customer Loyalty Program
The concept behind a customer loyalty programs is to increase the customer retention and spending by individual marketing and a rewards based incentive program. In essence, it is a reward program that provides the end customer the added value for their commitment to the loyalty program.
Currently, most malls and retail locations require a lottery/raffle capability in addition to the functionality present in the Intercard loyalty program.
Intercard will provide a programmable menu that allows authorized personnel to set the following parameters:
- Points Per Dollar Spent — A threshold that provides points for dollars spent in the facility.
- Number of Points Per Lottery/Raffle Ticket — This is the number of points needed to redeem for a lottery or raffle ticket.
- Automatic Lottery Point Redemption — Once a customer is awarded enough tickets to redeem a chance at the lottery prize, the system will automatically make the redemption points for lottery chances.
- Items in Lottery/Raffle — Administration area that will display the items available for the lottery. A picture upload and a descriptive text field options are available.
To enable your customers to self-register for the loyalty program, Intercard’s program provides access to an online registration form. Log-on screens will also be available where customers can update/change information, change passwords, check their point balances, and view the lottery items available.
In order for the points to be issued to cards for vendor purchases, one of two options are available: integration to an existing POS system or the use of a stand-alone terminal. In either case, an Ethernet connection is required for any device that is placing points on cards.
Intercard will provide an interface document, training and technical support for those mall vendors who wish to integrate the loyalty program into their own POS systems.
Alternatively, a stand-alone password protected terminal is available for vendor employees to swipe the card and use a keypad to enter the amount spent.
Reports for available information will be defined per Seef specifications. Some standard reports provided:
- Demographic reports
- Average Purchase
- Average age
- Gender versus sales
- Sales volume by customers' location, stores
- Custom reports available
- Email marketing
Benefits include the ability to track the customer database, ascertain their spending habits and initiate special promotions. You’ll also enhance the development of cross promotions between the participating stores, movie theatres and amusement centers. And, of course, increased revenues and higher customer loyalty and retention are inherent advantages of the Intercard Membership Loyalty Programs.
